It sounds like we all need to get together and file some type of class action suit against First USA. They are reporting two accounts that were discharged in my BK as charge offs with balances due. They have also done two non-pp inquiries on my Experian credit report. I'm getting no results from all of my letters and phone calls.

I sent a check and tried to do something I found on a credit site years ago. I wrote under where they would endorese the check that they would accept payment as full and delete all negative reports on my account. The check was stapled to a paper with the same thing written on it and was told that there was a mix-up and they would credit me the $36 and send me a letter. Got the letter, it said that the balance had been paid.
