So I have some CA accounts on my Credit reports. My question is: The dates listed are when the debt was assigned to them . Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't it supposed to be the date that I went delinquent with the OC. And if so then it has to go away after the 7 years from the DOLA with the OC right? And if my assumptions are correct, then how do I go about getting this fixed? I am currently validating, etc but am curious just in case. I am pretty close to the 7 year mark on all OC so hopefully this will go well.....
